“Mercy at the Lyceum” takes excerpts of Bryan Stevenson’s Book, Just Mercy, and carefully places key passages within the painting depicting the Ole Miss Lyceum. College freshmen were challenged to read this book upon arriving on campus, and it serves as a reminder to remember compassion and mercy for all. This painting was featured in the Yoknapatawpha Arts Council's Biggest, Baddest Art Show in 2025 and won 3rd place.
